We all have got the power to change our reality, and manifest what we want. We can do this by raising our vibration to match the vibration of what we wish to manifest. 

Before going further we need to know the symptoms of low vibrations which stick us to resistance.

  • sleeping a lot
  • chronic illness (or constantly catching every cold that comes along)
  • insomnia
  • feeling the need to escape via drinking, drugs, TV etc.
  • feeling Stuck
  • feeling needy
  • Doing nothing
  • Random Change in mood
You can easily stop and reset the energy with the help of a targeted approach. There are some smart actions that you can take to turn low vibrations all around.
Ways to Raise your Vibrations
Know your environment
Be aware of people you are spending your precious time with and let go of all those people who do not serve you. The more you become aware of your surrounding and energy, you have the power to change them. As a result, you can change your reality and raise your vibration. 
By allowing yourself to change the way you feel because of your past or anything will help you release the negativity and open up the gates of  new ideas and thoughts.
Get Organized

If you have a clean space then you will be surrounded by positive energy which will help you to boost your energy automatically. On the contrary, if your space is not organized then your energy will be affected. Decluttering space helps not only to clear your space but also clear the negative energy that you no longer need. By clearing space you mean that you are ready for the new changes and opportunities.

And let me tell you a secret, the more your space is clear, more will be the flow of money entering in your surrounding. Cluttered space comes with negative energy which propels positive energy to enter in your space. So, why wait? Clear your space now and attract abundance.

Spend time in nature


Nature has got the healing properties. It not only tells you how to live but also how to change. You can try walking barefoot on grass or jog outside. By moving your body, our vibration start to move too. 

Nature has a very high vibration. By spending time in nature, we become part of Earthing process. It allows our bodies to receive a charge of beneficial energy fast. When we are surrounded by nature, our ego starts to dissolve, our low frequencies start to dissipate, and hence we raise our vibration.

Appreciate More

Bring your inner child outside who used to be happy in every circumstance. Whether the thing was small or big, it used to appreciate all. With time we have forgot to appreciate the moments. We are so stuck in life that we need a holiday to spend some time with ourselves. Isn't it strange that we need appointment to meet ourselves?

You can spend your time with children as they are always in great mood. Energy of other people affect us  so why not to choose the right people.

Journal

You can journal whenever you want. There are several types of journal that you can do for raising your vibrations. There are no rules to journaling. It is just done as you want it to be done.

By spending some time on paper, you will come to know about many things about yourself. You can also use journal prompts.

Journaling will help you knowing your strengths and it will guide you towards achieving high vibes. Trust me, you will get to know amazing things about yourself. Just give it a try.

Meditate


By spending 10 minutes in silence you charge yourself up with the new vibrations. It is well said that- all answers lies within silence you just need to hear that.

Sitting down and clearing thoughts with meditation is one of the most high-vibe practices we could cultivate.

There is no question which cannot be answered via Meditation

Dance


Dance uplifts your mood as when you are shaking your body you release the negative energy from your body and set yourself free. Also, music has got uplifting properties so choose your music wisely. Choose music that is inspiring, highly vibrating and mood uplifting.

Self Love

There is no love greater than self love. You cannot love any one else if you don't love yourself. This is what you should know at first only then you can set yourself free from the boundaries set up by the world. You are an abundant being, chasing for freedom. Go free and love yourself unconditionally. 

By doing so you ultimately raise your vibrations. There are many ways to condition yourself with self love and the best way is your own (doing things you love).

So let go of all the old stories that you have been telling yourself from long. Set yourself on high vibes. These vibes will lead you to live an abundant life.

Everyone is busy in making their future bright. We are so much exhausted with our life that we have forgotten to take care of ourselves. We have forgotten "the beautiful me".
We are playing so hard that we have failed to see our inner beautiful self who wants your attention so desperately. Somewhere in our heart we know this thing. Work is important but self love and care in as much important.

Why Self Care is Important

  • To get your energy back.

  • To have new ideas. I don't know about you but i get most of my creative and amazing ideas when i am in self love state.
  • To become more productive.
How to create a Self care Ritual?

  • Set your priorities and let people know that you are not available on your self care day. 
  • You can fix or plan a day in week or more as your self love or care day.
  • Say no to people. Tell them about your priorities and trust me they will understand it.
  • You can do self care daily by setting new habits like writing journal at night, evening skin care routine, starting day with your favourite coffee or tea etc.

Ideas for self care

Love can be shown in number of beautiful ways. And when we talk about self love we start to think about the things we love and the things that bring us peace. Our mind, body and soul needs love. When we take care about them things started to fall into place as self love brings high vibrations which matches with the vibrations of our desires and we start to manifest.

Here are some beautiful ideas to exercise self love:

  1. Write yourself a love letter.
  2. Write your wins (even small).
  3. Have a coffee or Tea. 
  4. Treat yourself at a beautiful bakery shop.
  5. Go for a walk.
  6. Do some Art and Craft work.
  7. Turn off social media.
  8. Meditate.
  9. Have a Manicure and Pedicure.
  10. Have a hot tub bubble bath.
  11. Diffuse Essential oil.
  12. Sit at a quiet place and journal your ideal day.
  13. Watch your favourite movie.
  14. Re-Read your favourite book.
  15. Call an old friend (trust me they will be very happy to hear from you).
  16. Have a Massage.
  17. Go for facial.
  18. Buy or gift yourself a new dress.
  19. Do some Yoga.
  20. Treat or bake yourself a cake.
  21. Sing and dance on your favourite songs.
  22. Declutter your closet. This will give you a mental relief.
  23. Have a Ice-Cream Treat.
  24. Gift someone who is working very harder and don't have the time to look after himself.
  25. Make someone happy.
  26. Grow a new plant.
  27. Journal.
  28. Create a Vision Board.
  29. Wear your favourite Perfume.
  30. Have a decent and calming Spa.
  31. Give yourself an oil massage.
  32. Donate something. This little act of kindness will make your heart feel lighter.
  33. Forgive all and patch up. It will unburden you.
  34. Compliment a stranger.
  35. Listen to Podcast.
  36. Do some Painting.
  37. Sit near body of water (Water has got the healing energy)
  38. Do Mind Mapping Exercise.
  39. Check your old Pictures and have fun by commenting on them.
  40. Watch your favourite cartoon show. It will heal your inner child.
  41. Prepare a new skin care regime.
  42. Plan your week.
  43. Decide your goals.
  44. Sleep.

Writing Journal has proved to be one of the most successful habits. Personalities like Albert Einstein, Da Vinci, Oprah Winfrey and many more. All these people have explained the importance of keeping a Journal. They say the reason behind their success is journaling. As it not only give them clarity of thoughts but new ideas too.

Here are some of the ways to journal to have a more productive and happy life....
   
Morning Pages


           
    Writing in the morning is the best form of journal. You just need to take a pen and notebook and start writing, no matter what comes into your mind. You just need to let the words flow onto paper until you feel satisfied. The more you do this, more you will be able to communicate with your higher self and that's how you will figure out what you want.

Evening Pages

   In the evening journal you can write about your day. It can be like how your day went, what were your wins, how you can do better. It is basically done so that you remember the importance of the day and what you learnt from that day.

 Gratitude Journal


Keeping a Gratitude Journal means that you are grateful for the life you are living. You just need to write 4 things into your journal that you are grateful for. In just few days you will see a level of satisfaction in yourself. The things that were troubling you start to change. Believe me it will help you to see life in other perspective which is real TREASURE of life.

Monthly Review Journal

   There are times when you need to track your progress or just need to see how well are you doing or what you are doing. In those cases you can keep a monthly review journal. It can work like keeping a track on habit, mood, budget and many more.

 Scripting 



   Now this one is my favourite form of journal. As it not only help me to clear my vision but also help me to manifest them. For this you need to script your life for next 3 or 5 years. You need to be very clear about what will you be doing on next 3 or 5 years.
  The moment you write your vision you make an intention and universe will start to work to manifest your vision. This exercise can be done daily so that you can be more specific and clear about your goals.

Victories

    I have a separate Journal where i can write about my daily wins. These are not only big wins but small also. This help me to track how well am i doing and how my victories are more important than failures.

Travel Journal



    If you are the person who love to travel and make memories then you should definitely try travel journal. You can write about the places you visited, food you ate, people you met. You can also attach memory like tickets of museum you visited or bill of your favourite restaurant. It will fill you up with great memories.

Ideas and Thoughts
   
   You can create a separate journal for new thoughts and ideas. Whenever a new idea come into my mind i just write it down and organize it.


Planner 



   You can plan or schedule your day with the help of Plan Journal. It is a must have journal. It keeps you updated with your appointments and work schedule. It includes your to do list. Every night i just grab my journal and start to plan for the next day. It gives me a clear cut idea what i need to do.
