These are some habits of highly successful people that i learned from books, magazines, articles and other sources. By opting some of these habits can really make a difference in your life. It is completely okay if you are not able to do all. Everyone is different. Choose your favourite and start following to make your life more abundant.

"Who you are is what you have been. Who you will be is what you do now. "  - Buddha 

Habits create us. So why not to create something big? Lets start from habits of highly successful people. They have learned these successful habits from their whole life experience so why not to add their experience into our life and attain success earlier.

Habits of highly Successful People

1. Create their own morning routine.


     All successful people have their own morning routine which makes them get out of their cozy bed. They do not push themselves but enjoy the day. Some of them prefer to make a healthy smoothie, some like to make their bed, some like to Journal etc.

2. Love what they do.

    Successful people are successful because they do everything with passion. Their work make them different that's why they love their work. Anything done with love and passion always open the doors for success so whats your passion?

3.Know their Priorities.

   Successful people know what matters the most. Whether it is their work or family they know how to balance everything out. They even set priorities on daily basis. It is like planning what is to be done within a day.

4. Have a growth mindset.


    They love to learn and do not set themselves over same mindset. They love to read books, learn new skills etc. Warren Buffet reads 600 pages a day, Bill Gates read 50 books a year, Jim kwik spends 20 minutes a day to read. Now you know the biggest secret of their success. 
Successful people are very particular about what they read. They choose their reading list wisely.

5.Practice Gratitude.

Successful people are very grateful of the things they have. They do not forget to show gratitude even to a tiny thing. As they know that thing's importance. Imagine yourself without your toothbrush, how does that feel like? Horrible? Well now you know its importance.  

6.Take Actions.

Successful people are master at taking action. They do not stick themselves to the idea of planning. They know it very clearly when to take action.

7. Meditate daily.

A study concluded that about 80% of successful people meditate daily. They know that meditation not only calms the mind but also directs into right path. Famous writer Deepak Chopra has suggested to meditate twice a day.

8. Plan everyday.

Successful people know the value of their time. They plan their routine a day before so that confusion  and delays can be avoided. 

9. Journal.

Every successful person know the importance of Journaling. They know that all the answers lies within so they do journaling every morning or night. Journaling not only clears the mind but show the path also.

10. Practice self care on regular basis.

Successful people do not forget to take care of themselves. They know their self worth. That's why they always keep self care on their priority list. Self love boosts their productivity and help them work more efficiently.

11. Appreciate others work.

Successful people always appreciate the work of others and do not forget to compliment them. It is one of the most charming personality of successful people.

12. Great listeners.

They are master at listening. It is one of the best habit of successful people as mostly people prefer to speak but listeners are Rare. Great listeners make great leaders also.

13. Prioritize health.


Successful people do not compromise with health. They know that health is wealth that's why they do exercise daily, eat healthy, focus on sleep etc. They do not like to make health as secondary.

14. Start day early.

Time is money for successful people. To get done most out of the day, they like to start their day early. Starting day early add years to life as instead of sleeping you chose to live life more. It makes them more productive and creative. 

15.  Take Risks.

Successful people are fearless that's why they are successful. Their ability to make things happen has made them successful. They do not limit themselves with their fears and they are always ready to battle with them.

There are times when we get stuck up in life. We keep asking ourselves why am i doing this, what is the need, is this enough, am i doing enough etc. In this chaos it is easy to lose control and get lost.
This has happened with me also. But now i know the way to get out of this rut. It is a very simple way to figure out what your inner self is trying to tell you.

Why you feel like stuck?

Sometimes we keep allowing ourselves to do the things we don't want but we are obliged which is completely fine. But ignoring the inner voice give rise to dissatisfaction and this dissatisfaction make us question ourselves.

 Everyone in life has faced this. We all have asked ourselves the same questions. Which is great. As without questioning, we won't know the answers and without answers how will we awake?
"Sometimes questions are more important than answers."   -Nancy Willard
These questions are not for outer world but for our self discovery. To know what our inner self or higher self is telling us to do, it becomes necessary to ask questions.

How to get out of Rut feeling? 


Actually there are lot of ways to feel better but my favourite ( which works all the time) is Journaling.
Journaling has helped me to get out of tough time. I got to find my ways when i was lost. I feel great and fresh when i am writing, I am more me when i am journaling.
I have got every solution to my problem. It is like all the answers are within we just need to explore ourselves.
Journaling has helped me to become best version of myself. If you want to work on self discovery then these journal prompts are for you. You can use these 31 journal prompts for 1 month and see yourself becoming best version.

How to use Journal Prompts for Self Discovery?

Take a Journal or notebook and a pen. Sit into a quiet place. Prefer morning or late night time as in day time you are more likely to be disturbed. Before you start to write do some breathing exercise for 5 minutes and then make an intention-
"I set an intention to become best version of myself."
Now that you have made the intentions, you are ready to start. Take one journal Prompt everyday and think about it deeply for 2 minutes and then start to write. Don't stop your pen, just get into the flow, you will get all your answers in the flow. Consider writing at least 3 pages.
By the end of the month you will feel the difference.

JOURNAL PROMPTS
  1. How am i feeling right now? why am i feeling like this and which situation can make me feel better?
  2. What are my limiting beliefs and how can i overcome them?
  3. How does my dream life look like? (Cover every area of your life)
  4. How does my ideal day look like?
  5. If  things are in my control then where do I see myself in next 3 years, 1 year, 6 months, 3 months and 1 month?
  6. How can i get near to your goal? What will be my action list?
  7.  What things makes me feel happy?
  8. What are the things when i forgot to see time?
  9. Who are my inspirations and why?
  10. What can i learn from my inspirations?
  11.  What is the most important lesson i learned this week?
  12. What are my strengths?
  13. Which book or movie impacted me and why?
  14. What are the things that give me goosebumps?(try them out)
  15. What am i thankful of?
  16. Whats my favourite quote or song and why?
  17. Whom do i admire the most and why?
  18. What would i wish if i am asked by God?
  19. What are the things that i did easily when i was a kid?
  20. How well do i do self care?
  21. Describe your self worth?
  22. What are the things that i am proud of?
  23. What was the last thing you celebrated?
  24. What does FUN mean to you?( try them out )
  25. What would you do if money was not the issue?
  26. On what topic you can speak for hours in public and why?
  27. Write your favourite places.
  28. What advise will you give to your younger self?
  29. What will you do if you know you could not fail?
  30. How do i spend my Sundays vs How i want them to be?
  31. What legacy am i leaving behind?
Summing up

After writing you journal check that if there are any patterns that define you or your purpose. Within few days you will get to know what exactly do you want, What things brings you happiness, how can you come closer to your desires and most importantly why am I in this state.

Everyone is busy in making their future bright. We are so much exhausted with our life that we have forgotten to take care of ourselves. We have forgotten "the beautiful me".
We are playing so hard that we have failed to see our inner beautiful self who wants your attention so desperately. Somewhere in our heart we know this thing. Work is important but self love and care in as much important.

  • To have new ideas. I don't know about you but i get most of my creative and amazing ideas when i am in self love state.
  • To become more productive.
How to create a Self care Ritual?

  • Set your priorities and let people know that you are not available on your self care day. 
  • You can fix or plan a day in week or more as your self love or care day.
  • Say no to people. Tell them about your priorities and trust me they will understand it.
  • You can do self care daily by setting new habits like writing journal at night, evening skin care routine, starting day with your favourite coffee or tea etc.

Ideas for self care

Love can be shown in number of beautiful ways. And when we talk about self love we start to think about the things we love and the things that bring us peace. Our mind, body and soul needs love. When we take care about them things started to fall into place as self love brings high vibrations which matches with the vibrations of our desires and we start to manifest.

Here are some beautiful ideas to exercise self love:

  1. Write yourself a love letter.
  2. Write your wins (even small).
  3. Have a coffee or Tea. 
  4. Treat yourself at a beautiful bakery shop.
  5. Go for a walk.
  6. Do some Art and Craft work.
  7. Turn off social media.
  8. Meditate.
  9. Have a Manicure and Pedicure.
  10. Have a hot tub bubble bath.
  11. Diffuse Essential oil.
  12. Sit at a quiet place and journal your ideal day.
  13. Watch your favourite movie.
  14. Re-Read your favourite book.
  15. Call an old friend (trust me they will be very happy to hear from you).
  16. Have a Massage.
  17. Go for facial.
  18. Buy or gift yourself a new dress.
  19. Do some Yoga.
  20. Treat or bake yourself a cake.
  21. Sing and dance on your favourite songs.
  22. Declutter your closet. This will give you a mental relief.
  23. Have a Ice-Cream Treat.
  24. Gift someone who is working very harder and don't have the time to look after himself.
  25. Make someone happy.
  26. Grow a new plant.
  27. Journal.
  28. Create a Vision Board.
  29. Wear your favourite Perfume.
  30. Have a decent and calming Spa.
  31. Give yourself an oil massage.
  32. Donate something. This little act of kindness will make your heart feel lighter.
  33. Forgive all and patch up. It will unburden you.
  34. Compliment a stranger.
  35. Listen to Podcast.
  36. Do some Painting.
  37. Sit near body of water (Water has got the healing energy)
  38. Do Mind Mapping Exercise.
  39. Check your old Pictures and have fun by commenting on them.
  40. Watch your favourite cartoon show. It will heal your inner child.
  41. Prepare a new skin care regime.
  42. Plan your week.
  43. Decide your goals.
  44. Sleep.

Envisioning your dream life is a best feeling ever but creating it seems difficult to many. If you are one of them then i am here to guide you.
Vision Board is a best way to stay focused on your goals and hence manifesting them. It is one of the most easiest and fun way to manifest your goals.Before we go further we need to know more about vision boards.
What is a Vision Board?


A vision board is a set of inspirational pictures on the board which represents the image of your future. It is placed mainly where you look at everyday.
These images will go into your subconscious mind and your mind will start to work on these goals to make them happen.
Sounds Cool isn't it?

How it works?

  • Vision Board empowers your emotions and motivates you to work toward your goals. Whenever you see your board emotions will start to rise inside you. A great feeling to make things happen will emerge in you and you will end up everyday to take a new step toward your goal.This one little step will seem big one day.  
  • By putting your vision board in front of your eyes will help you to make your subconscious mind to work upon it. Your mind is very powerful. It will start to find new ways, resources and people to make things happen. You won't even believe when things will start to manifest as per your desires.
How to make a Vision Board?


Making a vision board is my favourite Law of Attraction tool. Trust me you will love it too.
Here's how you do it-
Step 1

Decide whether you want to make a Digital board ie. on your phone or laptop or you want to go for physical board.

  • I have got both. I prepared my Digital vision board on Pinterest. In this you just need to pin some amazing pictures on your board. You must be very specific about the things you want otherwise you will wander in Pinterest as they have got such an amazing stuff that you want to check more.

It is easy to make vision board on Pinterest as pictures are easy to arrange there and you have got access to check them every time through your phone.

  • Another way is long but it is more fun to do.

To make a physical vision board, you need to collect pictures from magazines, newspapers, books or internet. Again pinterest will save you. You can save your favourite pictures and get them print.


Make sure you feel inspired by the pictures. Inspiration has got power, it will fill your board with emotions and make your creative mind work.

Step 2


Now that you are one with selection of pictures you need a board to paste them.
Grab your glue stick, coloured pens, scissors and start to plan. Firstly you need to arrange pictures temporarily on boars before you actually stick them. It will save you from future mess.

Tip: Play some mood lifting songs that will raise your vibes.

Step 3 

Paste them well and feel great about it. When you are done you will get a feeling that you have manifested them. This emotion will start to work and open the gateways of your desires.
Say loudly "I am Abundant and I am manifesting them all". Now smile and put the board on its right place.
Everyday you look at it and smile. Believe that it is coming.

Important


  • Make sure that you don't clutter  your board. Too many things will make you feel overwhelmed. Go for minimalism as you will resonated with many pictures on the same topic. So the best advise is to go for best one.
  • You can use more than one vision board i you need it.

Create a vision that is magnetic and sets you on fire to manifest them. You will be unstoppable.
Just believe you deserve it rest will be filled up by the universe.

When you start to manifest....


Time will sooner come when you will start to manifest your desires. Don't forget to show gratitude to the universe for all the manifestation.
You can also record your manifestations in your journal for future motivation.

We all are a powerful creators....originated from most powerful source. We have got the ability to create our dream life. We are the artist of our own life. We can make our dreams possible. It is easy.

Here's how.......


Decide what you want




You need to clear your mind the thing you want deeply. Go to a silent place where you can think mindfully and hear the voice of your higher self.
Get the help of your higher self and decide what you want. You will get all the answers from within.



Believe In It....



Once you had made the decision. Now you start to believe it. Believe it that it is possible. Believe that the universe is with you and it has got the power to make to make your desires happen.
Show some trust over the universe and RELAX.....


Visualize It

Now you know that all your desires are possible....close your eyes...and start to visualize of having it. Start to feel happier. Shape it like you want and and feel that it is happening now. Feel that it is real and you are happy. Say thanks to universe. Say thanks to life and enjoy it.


Write it down..



Now take a paper and write down all your desires. Explain how you want them to happen.Make sure you write it in present tense like.. I have this car, I am having my desired height.

Feel good as you have it now. Keep thanking God while you write your desires. You can even write it as a story.
 Here important thing is that you feel great. As when you feel great you are matching with the frequency of having it already. The higher your frequency sooner will be your manifestation.




Let it Go...


Come out of focus and enjoy your day. Be grateful. Release your desires quietly in the air. Trust that universe will manifest it for you and let it go. Be grateful to what you have and forget lack.

Tip: Work more on Self care.

Manifestation begins when you forget the lack and focus on welcoming the new while being grateful for the present.
