We all have got the power to change our reality, and manifest what we want. We can do this by raising our vibration to match the vibration of what we wish to manifest. 

Before going further we need to know the symptoms of low vibrations which stick us to resistance.

Ways to Raise your Vibrations
Know your environment
Be aware of people you are spending your precious time with and let go of all those people who do not serve you. The more you become aware of your surrounding and energy, you have the power to change them. As a result, you can change your reality and raise your vibration. 
By allowing yourself to change the way you feel because of your past or anything will help you release the negativity and open up the gates of  new ideas and thoughts.
Get Organized

If you have a clean space then you will be surrounded by positive energy which will help you to boost your energy automatically. On the contrary, if your space is not organized then your energy will be affected. Decluttering space helps not only to clear your space but also clear the negative energy that you no longer need. By clearing space you mean that you are ready for the new changes and opportunities.

And let me tell you a secret, the more your space is clear, more will be the flow of money entering in your surrounding. Cluttered space comes with negative energy which propels positive energy to enter in your space. So, why wait? Clear your space now and attract abundance.

Spend time in nature


Nature has got the healing properties. It not only tells you how to live but also how to change. You can try walking barefoot on grass or jog outside. By moving your body, our vibration start to move too. 

Nature has a very high vibration. By spending time in nature, we become part of Earthing process. It allows our bodies to receive a charge of beneficial energy fast. When we are surrounded by nature, our ego starts to dissolve, our low frequencies start to dissipate, and hence we raise our vibration.

Appreciate More

Bring your inner child outside who used to be happy in every circumstance. Whether the thing was small or big, it used to appreciate all. With time we have forgot to appreciate the moments. We are so stuck in life that we need a holiday to spend some time with ourselves. Isn't it strange that we need appointment to meet ourselves?

You can spend your time with children as they are always in great mood. Energy of other people affect us  so why not to choose the right people.

Journal

You can journal whenever you want. There are several types of journal that you can do for raising your vibrations. There are no rules to journaling. It is just done as you want it to be done.

By spending some time on paper, you will come to know about many things about yourself. You can also use journal prompts.

Journaling will help you knowing your strengths and it will guide you towards achieving high vibes. Trust me, you will get to know amazing things about yourself. Just give it a try.

Meditate


By spending 10 minutes in silence you charge yourself up with the new vibrations. It is well said that- all answers lies within silence you just need to hear that.

Sitting down and clearing thoughts with meditation is one of the most high-vibe practices we could cultivate.

There is no question which cannot be answered via Meditation

Dance


Dance uplifts your mood as when you are shaking your body you release the negative energy from your body and set yourself free. Also, music has got uplifting properties so choose your music wisely. Choose music that is inspiring, highly vibrating and mood uplifting.

Self Love

There is no love greater than self love. You cannot love any one else if you don't love yourself. This is what you should know at first only then you can set yourself free from the boundaries set up by the world. You are an abundant being, chasing for freedom. Go free and love yourself unconditionally. 

By doing so you ultimately raise your vibrations. There are many ways to condition yourself with self love and the best way is your own (doing things you love).

So let go of all the old stories that you have been telling yourself from long. Set yourself on high vibes. These vibes will lead you to live an abundant life.

Your first hour in the morning decide your whole day. In a research it has been observed that in the first hour after waking up, the thoughts you have impacts your whole day. Whether you have a negative or a positive thought, it will shape your day accordingly.

So, why not to shape it in a way that we truly desire? I personally use affirmations to make my day more mindful and cheerful.

Smile

Right after waking up, I smile. No matter how late I am, how long I slept, what I missed, what happened yesterday etc. In the mornings there is no space for regrets. Every morning we are reborn, our cells regenerates so why to give them the same negative energy.

Instead, I like to feel grateful for the day that i have been granted to live more.

Intentions

I personally use affirmations as setting intentions in the morning and trust me it really do work. The words i use in the first hour in the morning, works like magic and they really come true. I usually like to say this day is going to be Abundant and the moment i say these affirmations, I start to feel good and I raise my vibes up. And hence my whole day become Abundant.

"The moon is magic for the Soul and light for the Senses. Are you listening?"

A full moon ritual is an intentional ceremony that you take on the night of a full moon. These rituals are created to imbue your life with the energetic and symbolic qualities of the full moon. These include the elements of power, amplification, action, and an increase in subconscious activity which produces enhanced insight and intuition.

Why to perform Full Moon ritual?

In paganism, full moon is a period where one’s psychic energy increases, and also powerful intentions, spells, and rituals can be practiced. Moreover, the full moon shows the mother aspect of the divine feminine. 

By performing a full moon ritual, one steps into his/her personal power and actively petition and prepare his/her unconscious mind for transformation. 

The most important thing about the power of the full moon ritual is that it utilizes four important elements of any transformative spiritual practice i.e. willpower, intention, symbolism, and rituals. These elements have a truly intense and electric impact on the unconscious mind of the individual. 

How to create your Own Full Moon Ritual

The best thing about the full moon is that you don't need to go out and buy metaphysical paraphernalia to enact a powerful full moon ritual. In fact, you should try and leave social media out of your ritual altogether as it will dilute your focus and intent.

Create a Sacred Space


On the day/night of the full moon, choose a space which is specifically dedicated to your ritual and that is undisturbed. You may use your altar if you have.

If you don’t have any altar or sacred space then you can set up a temporary place on a window sill, balcony, kitchen, bathroom or even the corner of your bedroom. 

You can cleanse the space of energetic debris by clapping your hands, using a smudge stick, singing bowl, visualizing a purified circle around you, or anything that suits you. 

Whatever method you choose for cleansing, it is important that your unconscious mind symbolically feels that the space is sacred and important.

Meditate

You can meditate for 5-10 minutes for mindfulness. You can also visualize your dreams or your dream life. You need not spend hours for this. Just do as much as you are comfortable with it.

Write

Write a list on a paper of all the elements/ people/ situations/ habits that you want to let go of. For example, you can write “I let go of my insecurities,” “I let go of my shame,” “I let go of my past,” etc.

Burn into the Flame


Take a fireproof container and place it in your sacred space. Begin by visualizing the light of the moon encircling you. When you are ready, burn paper over your fireproof container. 

Say it in your mind “I release this...... When the paper completely turns to ash, bury the ash or drop it into a bowl of water. After this, say out loud “it is done.”

Salt Bath

Full Moon Rituals are good when you want to empower yourself. You can take a Salt bath while visualizing your new actions that you are going to take. Set your intentions and let go of your past.


Things to remember

  1. Find out when the Full Moon is.
  2. You can charge your crystals under the light of moon.
  3. Don't forget to thank the Universe and the moon after the completion of your ritual.

It was a big challenge for me to cut dairy products from my life. Yes it was not easy but i made it happen. I was so committed to my decision that nothing else mattered to me except my commitment.
I have recorded my progress report and i am going to share that with you.

Firstly i want you to know it was not easy. It was never easy for me. Imagine yourself when you are celebrating your birthday and refuse to eat the birthday cake. First of all you have to explain the guests why are you making this mess and then see their sympathetic faces.
I always hated that thing. Who explain them why we chose this way.

Any way i have successfully completed 8 months and still excelling it. I am really proud of myself.

Here's how you can do it.

Commitment

I know it sounds simple but  it is the most important one. You need to tell yourself that you can do it. If something is not serving your body right you need to get it out of your life. You need to tell yourself  why you are doing this and get started.

Inform your friends and family

When you come up with such commitments your near one's get startled. Well that's normal. But sometimes they start to take things down. In that very moment you will be tested. You need to be very brave to say no. They will try to persuade you to have one sip of your favourite coffee or one slice of cheese pizza. Oh that's completely normal. Just remember why you started it.

Be strong




There will be days when you see others having delicious food and you are sitting with green tea in your hand. Be strong. Remember one thing you will always be tested. Ignore everything out and make it happen. With the passage of time it will become your habit.

Replace things

Well you cannot eat dairy but can try its substitutes like Soy Milk which is high in protein. You can also try almond milk. Where there's a will there's a way. Just google all the recipes and products And you will be surprised to see the recipes you have missed.

Here's my progress report to make it happen.

Well as i said already it was not easy for me but right now i am proud to announce that i have completed my 8 months to quit dairy. I have prepared a small report to show my progress.

 Week 1: I was committed to what i was doing but sudden change in my diet made me sick. I got fever and coughing. My body get weak and i was craving for my favourite cup of tea. 

Week 2: I still had a fever but that bothered me less.

Week 5: I am getting closer with my favourite cup of green tea.

Week 7: My digestive system has improved quite a lot.

Week 9: My skin is less oily.

Week 10: My vibrations and energy is high. I am more happy than ever.



Well rest is history. I do not get all the changes suddenly rather it was a slow process. I forgot to mention that i also lose some weight which is not a shock for me as i already ditched many things out of my diet that made me gain weight.

Well it was easy to be committed but when you have a family and friends that show loads of concern toward you, it becomes difficult. 
Trust me it will be difficult to refuse them every time so make and save an excuse to blur them.

Its your life. Be in-charge of it. You can make anything happen. Anything is possible just get started and lead the world.

These are some habits of highly successful people that i learned from books, magazines, articles and other sources. By opting some of these habits can really make a difference in your life. It is completely okay if you are not able to do all. Everyone is different. Choose your favourite and start following to make your life more abundant.

"Who you are is what you have been. Who you will be is what you do now. "  - Buddha 

Habits create us. So why not to create something big? Lets start from habits of highly successful people. They have learned these successful habits from their whole life experience so why not to add their experience into our life and attain success earlier.

Habits of highly Successful People

1. Create their own morning routine.


     All successful people have their own morning routine which makes them get out of their cozy bed. They do not push themselves but enjoy the day. Some of them prefer to make a healthy smoothie, some like to make their bed, some like to Journal etc.

2. Love what they do.

    Successful people are successful because they do everything with passion. Their work make them different that's why they love their work. Anything done with love and passion always open the doors for success so whats your passion?

3.Know their Priorities.

   Successful people know what matters the most. Whether it is their work or family they know how to balance everything out. They even set priorities on daily basis. It is like planning what is to be done within a day.

4. Have a growth mindset.


    They love to learn and do not set themselves over same mindset. They love to read books, learn new skills etc. Warren Buffet reads 600 pages a day, Bill Gates read 50 books a year, Jim kwik spends 20 minutes a day to read. Now you know the biggest secret of their success. 
Successful people are very particular about what they read. They choose their reading list wisely.

5.Practice Gratitude.

Successful people are very grateful of the things they have. They do not forget to show gratitude even to a tiny thing. As they know that thing's importance. Imagine yourself without your toothbrush, how does that feel like? Horrible? Well now you know its importance.  

6.Take Actions.

Successful people are master at taking action. They do not stick themselves to the idea of planning. They know it very clearly when to take action.

7. Meditate daily.

A study concluded that about 80% of successful people meditate daily. They know that meditation not only calms the mind but also directs into right path. Famous writer Deepak Chopra has suggested to meditate twice a day.

8. Plan everyday.

Successful people know the value of their time. They plan their routine a day before so that confusion  and delays can be avoided. 

9. Journal.

Every successful person know the importance of Journaling. They know that all the answers lies within so they do journaling every morning or night. Journaling not only clears the mind but show the path also.

10. Practice self care on regular basis.

Successful people do not forget to take care of themselves. They know their self worth. That's why they always keep self care on their priority list. Self love boosts their productivity and help them work more efficiently.

11. Appreciate others work.

Successful people always appreciate the work of others and do not forget to compliment them. It is one of the most charming personality of successful people.

12. Great listeners.

They are master at listening. It is one of the best habit of successful people as mostly people prefer to speak but listeners are Rare. Great listeners make great leaders also.

13. Prioritize health.


Successful people do not compromise with health. They know that health is wealth that's why they do exercise daily, eat healthy, focus on sleep etc. They do not like to make health as secondary.

14. Start day early.

Time is money for successful people. To get done most out of the day, they like to start their day early. Starting day early add years to life as instead of sleeping you chose to live life more. It makes them more productive and creative. 

15.  Take Risks.

Successful people are fearless that's why they are successful. Their ability to make things happen has made them successful. They do not limit themselves with their fears and they are always ready to battle with them.

There are times when we get stuck up in life. We keep asking ourselves why am i doing this, what is the need, is this enough, am i doing enough etc. In this chaos it is easy to lose control and get lost.
This has happened with me also. But now i know the way to get out of this rut. It is a very simple way to figure out what your inner self is trying to tell you.

Why you feel like stuck?

Sometimes we keep allowing ourselves to do the things we don't want but we are obliged which is completely fine. But ignoring the inner voice give rise to dissatisfaction and this dissatisfaction make us question ourselves.

 Everyone in life has faced this. We all have asked ourselves the same questions. Which is great. As without questioning, we won't know the answers and without answers how will we awake?
"Sometimes questions are more important than answers."   -Nancy Willard
These questions are not for outer world but for our self discovery. To know what our inner self or higher self is telling us to do, it becomes necessary to ask questions.

How to get out of Rut feeling? 


Actually there are lot of ways to feel better but my favourite ( which works all the time) is Journaling.
Journaling has helped me to get out of tough time. I got to find my ways when i was lost. I feel great and fresh when i am writing, I am more me when i am journaling.
I have got every solution to my problem. It is like all the answers are within we just need to explore ourselves.
Journaling has helped me to become best version of myself. If you want to work on self discovery then these journal prompts are for you. You can use these 31 journal prompts for 1 month and see yourself becoming best version.

How to use Journal Prompts for Self Discovery?

Take a Journal or notebook and a pen. Sit into a quiet place. Prefer morning or late night time as in day time you are more likely to be disturbed. Before you start to write do some breathing exercise for 5 minutes and then make an intention-
"I set an intention to become best version of myself."
Now that you have made the intentions, you are ready to start. Take one journal Prompt everyday and think about it deeply for 2 minutes and then start to write. Don't stop your pen, just get into the flow, you will get all your answers in the flow. Consider writing at least 3 pages.

  18. What would i wish if i am asked by God?
  19. What are the things that i did easily when i was a kid?
  20. How well do i do self care?
  21. Describe your self worth?
  22. What are the things that i am proud of?
  23. What was the last thing you celebrated?
  24. What does FUN mean to you?( try them out )
  25. What would you do if money was not the issue?
  26. On what topic you can speak for hours in public and why?
  27. Write your favourite places.
  28. What advise will you give to your younger self?
  29. What will you do if you know you could not fail?
  30. How do i spend my Sundays vs How i want them to be?
  31. What legacy am i leaving behind?
Summing up

After writing you journal check that if there are any patterns that define you or your purpose. Within few days you will get to know what exactly do you want, What things brings you happiness, how can you come closer to your desires and most importantly why am I in this state.
